Business Casual

Do poplin and loafers automatically categorize an outfit as business casual? This may be the loosest interpretation of a theme, but I’m running with it anyway.

Ok, so I wouldn’t actually wear this to an event that calls for business casual attire. However, I’ve found that taking a theme and creating a different spin brings a fresh perspective to old favorites.

I haven’t worn this shirt in ages, and this outfit has reminded me of why I fell in love with it in the first place. Don’t you love when that happens? When something from the deep recesses of your wardrobe returns to a place of prominence. It feels like going shopping in your own closet!

As if I needed another reason to hold on to old favorites. This top has almost been given away several times. It didn’t get worn and I was unsure that it ever would. And yet, I held on. I’m glad that I did because I’m in love all over again!
