A Pop of Red

Is there any better accent to pair with a gingham top than a little pop of red? This combination just oozes summer. Even if I’m matching it with a pair of black denim.

There’s something about a shoe with a funky silhouette. I’ve been drawn to this exact pair of Fly Londons for years, but I’ve been intimidated by the price. When I stumbled upon this pair (in cherry red and on sale!), I knew it was meant to be.

I didn’t immediately know what I would wear with this shoe, but I loved it so much that I was willing to alter my wardrobe to accommodate it. Thankfully, my closet is full of neutrals begging for a little pop of red, so drastic alterations were unnecessary.

It’s always so special when one item has the power to revive your entire closet! I’ve had this shirt and these jeans for years, but the red shoes have them feeling brand new.
