A True October Friday

Today feels like a true October Friday, with sweater weather and changing leaves galore. I’m still working through the post summer blues, but this outfit is reminding me of why fall remains my favorite season.

I’ve always loved fall, but I think early fall is a particularly magical time of year. It’s simultaneously chilly and warm, and while that lends itself to plenty of outfit frustration, it also eases me in to my favorite season. Besides, anytime I can wear a sweater and shorts at the same time is a win.

If you’ve spent any time on the blog recently, you are well aware of my love for this particular Zara skort. The temperatures may be on the decline, but I’m determined to discover new ways to wear this denim piece throughout the remainder of the year.
