Happy Valentine’s Day! I’ve always loved this holiday. This day has long felt like a celebration of all kinds of love. It’s a day to be thankful for those in my life, and an opportunity to wear all the red and pink in my closet! It’s no secret that I love a moment of festivity, and today is all about that Valentine red!
What better way to have a happy Valentine’s Day than to show a little love towards yourself? For me, this looks like wearing my comfiest clothes. I love that this outfit feels a little French, it feels chic, and it’s made up of some of my most beloved and comfortable pieces. Stretchy wide leg pants and a cozy cardigan? A pair of worn-in penny loafers? Yes please! I finished things off with a red lip and a red beret to make things a little festive and fancy.
There’s nothing like feeling confident and comfortable in your own skin!
This look has me thinking that I need to wear red lipstick more often. Why wait for a special occasion to dress a little fancy?
