Almost Spring

Hi! Happy March! I feel like we have officially entered the period of almost spring. The weather is a balmy 65 degrees, the sun is shining, and seasonal change is in the air. I’m giddy! At the same time, I’m also bracing myself for the inevitable return of freezing temperatures. Behind every early spring day lurks the freezing temperatures of winter’s last hurrah. Suffice to say, I’m spending every second that I can outside, embracing this warmth for as long as it lasts!

I have been waiting for what feels like years for the weather to warm, and the outfit I create to celebrate is a jeans and t-shirt combo. It feels a little undewhelming, but I’m easing myself into the new weather. Also, I can’t let go of the burgundy boots!

I think that is going to be the most difficult part of transitioning to my warm weather wardrobe. No more burgundy boots. What am I going to do?

Thankfully, that’s a problem for another day. For now, I’m going to enjoy leaving home without a jacket (eep!), and take some time to sip my coffee in the sun.
