A Favorite T-Shirt Dress

Have you ever bought something, only to immediately regret not buying it in all the colors? That’s how I feel about this dress. This is a favorite t-shirt dress that I bought from Target a few years ago. I have to admit, I bought it without the highest expectations. However, like any magical closet item, it fit like a glove from the start.

One of this dress’s highest merits is its equal style to comfort ratio. It’s a true t-shirt dress, and the material is light, breathable, and stretchy. Meaning, I don’t mind swapping out my beloved jean shorts/t-shirt combo for this look.

I’ve worn this many different ways over the years. With brown leather accessories, with flip flops, with Birkenstocks. But for today’s look, I thought I’d create a little contrast with all black accents. The combination of the loafers, the sunglasses, the below the knee hemline, it all gives off a pleasantly vintage vibe. And you know what? I think this my favorite version yet.

Every time I throw this dress on, it leaves me feeling so effortlessly put together that I immediately regret not buying more colors. Sadly, this exact version no longer exists. However, I’m hopeful that it will one day return to the Target website. If it does, I’ll be happily buying all the colors!
