December Favorites

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! The holidays are in full swing, and everything feels like an event. I am fully appreciating the festivity of the season, so this list was one of my easiest to compile. With so much celebration going on this month, it’s hard to choose just a few favorites, but if I listed everything I’ve been loving, this post would be far too long! Anyway, I narrowed it down to the best of the best. Here are my December Favorites!

Favorite Song- That’s So True by Gracie Abrams

This song has been all over the internet lately, and I’ve caught the bug. I haven’t been much of a Gracie Abrams listener, but this song may have converted me. The bridge is the most fun! It’s the kind of song that demands to be played in the car with the windows down.

Favorite Book- Three Holidays and a Wedding by Uzma Jalaluddin and Marissa Stapley

I wanted to kick off my December reads with something a little festive. This novel by Uzma Jalaluddin and Marissa Stapley seemed like the perfect read to usher in the holiday season. The story follows two women as they work through their romance issues, and rediscover themselves and what they want out of life. It was the perfect touch of holiday cheer to ease me into the season.

Favorite Show/Movie- Gossip Girl

Gossip Girl has officially been re-added to Netflix, and I’ve been working my way through it ever since. This is my first time watching this show all the way through, and I’ve been loving the New York scenery, and all of the mid-2000s fashion.

Favorite Snack- Starbucks Iced Sugar Cookie Latte

When my local Starbucks was out of peppermint, I had to redirect to the sugar cookie latte. What started out as a substitute quickly became my current favorite holiday drink. I feel like I’m cheating on the Peppermint Mocha with this one, but there’s just something about that sugar cookie flavor!

Favorite Closet Item- Wrangler Jeans

My new Wrangler Cowboy Cut jeans give off a very ‘where have you been all my life’ vibe. I love the color, love the fit, and after hemming them, love the cute little crop. I love them so much I wrote all about them!

Favorite Beauty Product- NYX Butter Gloss in Shade Rocky Road

This lipgloss by NYX has quickly become one of my go-to lip products. From the deep berry-wine color, to the non sticky formula, this product is a winner all around. I’ve been wearing it everywhere from running errands to dinners out. It’s a versatile color that seamlessly transitions to any and all events.

And that wraps up my final Favorites list of 2024!
